Sausage Bread Roll

Recipe: Sausage Bread Roll


  • 1# frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1# sausage
  • 10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs


  1. Roll dough into approx. 12” x 15” rectangle. Cook sausage. Mix cooked sausage, cheese and eggs. Spread mixture onto bread dough. Roll dough with mixture inside like a jelly roll and drop into greased bundt pan. Let rise in a warm area until puffy (about 1 hour).
  2. Heat oven to 375 and cook bread roll for about 35-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Invert bundt pan onto cutting surface and brush butter on all sides. Slice and serve.
